- Description: CSU, Sacramento is now offering a fully online B.A. in Child & Adolescent Development and is currently accepting application for Fall 2023. The program meets the needs of working adults and those living in rural areas by helping them to finish their upper division coursework and graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree from Sacramento State within three years’ time. This is a cohort-based program where students take 2-3 courses each semester and attend synchronous class meetings on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from approximately 6:30pm-9:20pm.
